Launch of 'Eastern Bloc' Gallery Opening - Friday 17th June, 6pm

Also on the show this week we will be speaking to one of the founders of EASTERN BLOC, Wade Marynowsky.

EASTERN BLOC is a new artist-run gallery in Rozelle (138 Evans Street). Its inaugural 'Salon' fundraiser exhibition features a recognised selection of local contemporary artists. Opening Friday 17th June, 6pm. Special guest Renny Kogers will auction off works from 8pm, post auction tunes by Dj Biffo!

Exhibition open from 18th June - 10th July, Wed - Sun, 11 - 5pm.

Eastern Bloc are currently programming the year's calendar and are accepting proposals from artists and curators. There are three-week slots available in the near future for solo and group exhibitions. The space is also open to performance / screening / sound events.
